Plain privacy notes
Bongbetic currently uses a simple contact and access workflow. When you contact Bongbetic, the message can include your name, email address, selected tool, and the details you choose to send. The guided contact flow opens an email draft; it does not add a backend database in this pass.
Payments for current low-cost access routes are handled through direct payment arrangements. Do not send card numbers, passwords, API keys, private customer data, or sensitive documents through the contact form or email unless a separate secure workflow has been agreed.
How information is used
Contact information is used to respond to access requests, questions, collaborations, support needs, and custom workflow discussions. Tool-specific data handling may vary by tool and will be described with the tool when a workflow needs more detail.
